Vinyasa Flow
Sundays 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Asheville Community Yoga
In this class, movement is synchronized with breath in a smooth, flowing way. You will be supported by sequences linked together by complimentary poses and the option to gently explore your edge. By moving slowly and holding postures for several breaths, you will build strength and increase flexibility through focused movements, allowing your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in strengthening poses. Pranayama (Breathing) exercises are interspersed throughout to cultivate prana and enhance your health and wellness on and off the mat.
All classes are of moderate-intensity and Timothy welcomes students of all levels and abilities in his classes. If you have special needs and are interested in scheduling a private or semi-private yoga class please contact Timothy.

Private Yoga Classes
Private yoga therapy consultations are a great way to learn the yoga postures, movements and other yogic practices that can help heal and prevent injuries and diseases. Yoga’s inherent healing properties have been shown helpful for healing most ailments, from low back pain to Parkinson’s disease.
A private yoga class is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, work on specific troublesome yoga poses and learn the more subtle practices of pranayama, mudra and kriya. A semi-private yoga class is with 1-3 of your friends or family that can be designed around a specific theme or type of practice.
Timothy charges $60 for a 75 minute private and $75 for 90 minutes, in a private yoga practice space in West Asheville.
